The ManKind Project® offers trainings that support men in developing lives of greatness and connection. We believe that all men have a valuable contribution to make to the world, and deserve the opportunity to discover and express their unique purpose and passion.

We share our humanity — our hopes and dreams, our trials our troubles. We share our laughter and our sorrows, our strengths and our weaknesses, our greatness and our faults. We support and challenge ourselves to face our fears, live our dreams, make use of our gifts, and become the men we’ve always wanted to be.

Our New Warrior Training Adventure® is a two-and-a-half day transformative men’s training experience. This training weekend offers men a powerful, challenging opportunity to look at all aspects of their lives in a richly supportive environment.

We are an international, non-profit, non-political, non-religious organization dedicated to supporting men in leading meaningful lives of integrity, accountability, responsibility, and emotional intelligence. We have communities in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, the United Kingdom, France and Germany. We are a progressive men’s organization striving to be increasingly inclusive and affirming of cultural differences, especially with respect to color, class, sexual orientation, faith, age, ability, ethnicity, and nationality.

We empower men to their full potential, trusting that they will co-create the healthy solutions needed by society. We foster Loving Families, Strong Communities and Productive Workplaces in a sustainable environment. Our trainings challenge men to develop their abilities as leaders, partners, fathers and elders in order to offer their deepest gifts in service to the world. We are an educational organization committed to empowering men to Missions of Service.

Interaction with The ManKind Project begins with the New Warrior Training Adventure, an experiential weekend “training adventure.” The weekend is followed by supportive Integration Groups formed from the weekend participants which help integrate the men’s changes and new choices into their daily lives. In addition, there are numerous workshops offered throughout the year to further assist men’s personal development.

Since 1985, more than 30,000 men of many different races and nationalities have graduated from the New Warrior Training Adventure and many of these men have gone on to participate as volunteer staff for the New Warrior Training Adventure weekends of men who have followed them.
